Socktober Service Project Breaks Goal after Goal

Seneca Middle School participates in a number of worthwhile service projects throughout the year.  In October, our student body outdid themselves as they fully embraced the "Socktober" service project. Students donated socks and toiletries to benefit our local homeless shelter, Our Daily Rest. Many hours were spent collecting, sorting, and then delivering over 2300 of these much-needed items to the shelter. This stupendous number shows the overwhelming generosity of our students as they repeatedly surpassed goal after goal for the number of items donated.
